Combining the possibilities of traditional and modern architecture with the aim of being in perfect harmony with the neighbourhood which is the source of its inspiration, Metex Studio Erk has created an impressive perception connecting the interior and exterior world. Including 169 flats with flat and penthouse options of sizes ranging from 44 m² to 665 m², the residential complex is designed with an aim of offering a comfortable life that can adjust to changing needs and different forms of use and features smart home technologies and an environmental approach. Details needed for an exclusive life with elaborately designed socializing areas such as sports club, swimming pool, recreation room, art gallery, lounge area and private study room have been adapted to the project.

Making an efficient use of the squaremeters in order to maximize the flexible land use plan and functionality which are the most distinctive features of the flats aims at improving the life quality of the residents and making them experience the notion of timeless design by living inside of it.
