Its interior design project undertaken by Metex Studio Erk, Büyükyalı Istanbul has been shaped with the aim of creating timeless, functional, comfortable and elegant living spaces. Having received the ‘International Property Awards’ in 2018, the project including 4 sample flats hosts aesthetical, functional and sustainable solutions for different styles and life styles.

While 23 residence interior design projects in total have been accomplished in 1072 new residences and certified buildings in different styles such as Golden Quartz, Platinum Quartz, Büyükyalı Loft and Büyükyalı Fendi Casa, the style themes determined as gold, platinum and quartz have been applied. These three themes associated with the project’s proximity to the Historical Peninsula and its embracement of the sea view in respect of its location are based on the natural colour and texture palette which can be easily adapted to modern and classic styles.

Bringing together its impeccable understanding of aesthetics with the approach of timelessness, Metex Studio Erk proceeds with the idea that a well designed living area can easily adapt to changing expectations and tastes in coming years while emphasizing the expectation of sustainability.
